Tip of The Foreskin

Hi,

Recently noticed that the tip of my foreskin has gone really red, with small parts swollen, It seems to be really sensitive and annoying at times, it's just developed overnight, and I have no idea whats going on? :S

Not sure about your case but that happened to me, sorta swelled and was red. Mom sent me to the doc and he gave cream to apply and it cleared up fast.
