Sorry not sure exactly where this hould go.I have some nude pics of my ex on my phone and I was wondreing. Is it illegal for me to possess them since she is undrage. Or can I keep them as long as I kep them to myself.

Yes it's highly illegal and if you live in the US you can expect a long stay in a federal penitentiary.

I'm sure she looks so beautiful and I know why you'd want them forever but it's just too dangerous - what if you lost your phone or it was stolen? If you still care for her you'd feel terrible if some freak put her pics all over the net

My phone is passcode protect them, but just to be safe I'll delete them. EvaLynn ya I am kinda attached I use them as a reminder never to get involved in an online relatinship without a verification of the person's age.

It was a mistake I guess. I know story telling is against the rules, so I'll give the shortened version, if this is against the rules, delete my post. He had downloaded the pictures back in 2005 or 2006, and the computer they were on was acting up, and he took it in to get fixed, and I guess he forgot about the pictures, and the repair guy found them, so I dont know if it was a mistake, like he didn't know the ages of the girls, or if he knew they were underage, and just downloaded the pics anyway.
Its getting more easier without him now, but it was hell on me when he was arrested.
