Seriously?

Anyway, I have updated the iPad 2. And now it asks me the pin/puk code to unlock it. And guess what? I don't have it.

Now what? Sit there and sob, and say "it just work"? It had important documents, MY STUFF, IN IT! Actually, wait. No. I made a system restore. XD

Okay, seriously. How do I get this shit to work? And Apple's people doesn't seem to know shit while sucking Apple's ass clean.

Not really. It doesn't matter which one I want to be on. I just want this "unlocked" thing out.

If it's on 3g and not just wi fi, phone the service provider and i think they should be able to give you a puk code. I remember doing it with an old phone

I don't know the number. I don't know the pin. I don't know the card number. And the sim tray doesn't eject.

Ah, well in that case I have no clue, maybe take it into the apple shop they are usually really helpful. I'm a total technospaz so I'm not much help.

You must know which mobile network you're with? Look up their number and call it's them that will give you the PUK code.

Whatever you do don't try and guess the number - get it wrong too many (I think 10) times and it will lock completely.
