The reason why we don't have a reputation system is because it was being abused too much. It was only removed recently.

It was actually removed literally 2 days ago. The reason was that people were recieving unfair rep.

That's more of a related problem to the main reason: people won't stop complaining. You see it, right here. Every week or two there's somebody that feels that it's all unfair and has some sort of malicious intent behind it. Take a look, the threads are here to prove it, in public. Nobody's hiding that.

But it doesn't stop there! I, as well as every other staff member, have received a lot of messages relating to how they feel very upset about a recent reputation comment. I don't know half of it, Ron and Mike got way more of it than I did.

So enjoy, everyone! No longer need you worry about the unfairness.
