Lumps :S

On my penis (mostly the base) there are HEAPS of these small weird little lumps. They're not attached to the penis itself, I can actually pull them away with the skin. I also have only ONE of these lumps on my scrotum. I'm fairly sure it's not Cancer or anything coz i've had them for a while and i'm sure i'd know by now. Any ideas what these are? Sorry if it's been asked.

Well the way it sounds there not Fordyce's spots if there sticking out quite far, I'd go see a doctor or nurse just to make sure, its better being safe than sorry

Yeah I have one on my scrotum sack but I know it's not cancer because it's not attached to the testicle itself.

SO there is nothing to worry about. I have them to so they really are just pubic hair
