So I've never officially kissed a girl before, and my friend said that she felt her boyfriend getting excited while kissing her.
When I heard that, I thought, how does someone get excited by just kissing a girl? Or even looking at a girl?

I never have gotten excited by just looking at a girl or guy (I may have sexual fantasies, but I never really get excited over it). The only way i really get excited by looking at a guy or girl is if I'm watching porn and I'm jerking off (or am about to).

I wanted to know if this was normal? Are you like this?

I'm sexually confused, so I don't know if I feel like this cause of my confusion (I emotionally like girls more than guys, but I find guys more attractive easily and I prefer gay porn. Although I have been getting a little bored with gay porn)

I also have another question. I've been getting a little bored with gay porn. Like, I'll search through some (gay) porn site. Trying to find something good, but its getting harder and harder. Like videos I used to like watching I have started getting a little bored with, like I'll still get excited, but it wasn't like it once was. Is this a sign that my sexual tastes are starting to change toward being straight? What does this mean?

It is normal. Some guys are super hormonal (guilty as charged). I can look at a girl's ass and get excited. With hormones running wild like they do at my age, it's been hard not getting excited. There also some guys, like yourself, who dont get aroused unless they get in an actual sexual situation. Plus it has a lot to do with what stage you're in for puberty; from what I've seen, all guys get hormonal. Maybe you haven't hit that stage yet, and just are waiting to bloom.

Can't really give you much advice on the porn, because I don't watch gay porn. But, from what I can tell, you simply are uninterested. After seeing the same thing over and over again, it gets boring. Try laying off the porn for awhile, I can bet that you will be just as interested as you used to be. If you were turning, your whole attraction towards guys would turn as well, not just your porn interests.
