It could be excess skin. I know some people who had that problem when they've increased in weight. Have you thought about asking a doctor when you do a checkup?

If it's under only one and you know it's a lump, I'd say you'd best get it checked out. Otherwise, if it's excess skin under both, it's a perfectly normal part of puberty.

I dont think it is excess skin b-cuz 1. it is only under one. 2. I weigh below average. I really feel uncomfortable talking to a doctor about it. Looks like that's exactly what im gonna have to do.

Also I honestly think if its been like that for two years then I don't overly think you have anything to worry about. Its probably excess skin and nothing more to worry about. If you are still curious then I'd bring it up if you ever go for a check or physical.
