i dont know why but i just can change in the change room for PE at school.
i just moved so i dont really know anybody here so maybe it is cause i am to shy with them. anybody have any way to get over that? plz help thankz

i think you just need to worry a little less. everyone else has to change to. maybe just look at the ground and do it as quick as possible.

true just do it quick and dont bother looking at anyone. If youre nervous get it over quick and get to PE.

If you're worried about unwanted attention/teasing, just follow everyone's advice. If you make light of everything and just get ready quickly no one will say anything to you or pay attention for that matter. If you act all shy and nervous and TRY to cover up while you're changing they'll probably pick up on this and then they WILL make it really hard for you.

The best thing to do, and what I do is, change quickly. So not many people have a chance to comment or notice you,

some advice what I do, if you wear a baggy t-shirt take your trousers off first cause then your t-shirt will cover up your area downstairs :)

i agree, or you can just go into the toilets or change before hand ie at break if you can!

use a stall or the rest room in there most school locker rooms have them

I used to wear my shorts under my trousers to save time, but it could also help you to hide things.

What Andy said was a good idea, or if you don't want to do that you could always pick a spot in the corner, face inwards so most you is kinda hidden and just try and get the whole thing over with as quickly as possible. I'm sure you're not the only one embarassed about having to get changed in a room with a whole lot of other guys, so you should get a certain degree of understanding and privacy.

Think about it this way. EVERYONE has to change. Its kind of natural. Everyone has the same private parts, they shouldnt make fun of you unless theyre really mean.

i wear my gym shorts under my jeans and or when i dont me and my frends kinda cover eachother while we are changing and look the other way
