What does Lamb taste like?

I've been watching Hells Kitchen lately, and they serve lamb racks, which has piqued my interests. I have had lamb that was prepared for gyros, are lamb racks anything like that?

it's a nice juicy piece of meat, lamb racks are quite nice if glazed properly, having them as cutlets (individual pieces) and having a nice mint glaze and you'll just fall in love with it

The meat is quite soft, the complete opposite of buffalo meat. It tastes quite well, kind of a mix between pig and beef.

Its fairly tender and very tasty. Perfect in curry, racks, or even lamburgers.

It's really good! Ive had lamb chops and lamb curry. The meat is really tender, and has a very unique taste. I can't really compare it to other meats, but lamb is really good. (IMHO, it's better than chicken)

I haven't had it in a while, but I remember its kind of like steak. But with its own flavor. Lamb tastes like lamb. Just how chicken tastes like chicken, and basil tastes like basil. But lamb is a lot like steak.

I have had lamb ribs I think
it tastes just like beef but a little bit saltier depending on how you prepare it

If you do, I would recommend Spicy Tuna Roll, Salmon, and Tuna. Those are the sweeter fishes, whereas other fishes like Mackerel, Red Snapper, etc. are more of the odd fish that would remind someone of fish. Red Snapper is a bit tuff to chew compared to the ones I recommended. Octopus was ok, but I didn't like how I kept chewing and chewing, that made me dislike it haha

Sushi can't taste fake. But it can taste of less quality.

i never had rack of lamb but i have had leg of lamb twice and both times i thot it tasted bitter. someone told me it must have been cooked wrong then but i've been afraid to have it ever since. everyone i know who eats lamb chops always has them super rare for some reason. if you try it let us know how you like it. maybe i will try it.
