I've seen quite a few people banned recently. Is there a way to see why they got banned? And is everyone who got banned, permabanned?

They're banned for life, it could be for a lot of things.

Camming, repeated offenses, having to high of points (that add up to 100) etc

Staff members are not allowed to disclose information regarding the banning of members.
If they were, fights could break out, and it is rude to the banned member anyway, so it is just not done.

Most of the time they are banned permanently and don't return. But there are a few members who I believe have been banned but then unbanned and came back here.

Actually they can appeal bans, and if they have a strong case, be unbanned.

If I'm not mistaken one time Anthony (Maverick) banned himself for a day or two to fuck with people then unbanned himself.

Because we don't need to really know why the person got banned since it's not your problem, it's their problem.
