Help!

I saw a service a while ago, and I need to use it and I can't remember what it was called. It basically acted as a landing page and said something along the lines of "This service has not launched yet. Please put your email address below if you'd like to be notified when we officially launch.". I really need to use this and I have NO idea what it was called...help!
