This is going to be my first high school track meet coming up on Wednesday. Middle school track was a joke and high school is serious. I feel like I'm going to be judged and suck and I am so nervous even days in advance. I don't even know what events I'm running yet. Any tips on how to not be nervous?

You'll always have a feeling of nervousness and adrenaline, that won't stop. I ran for six year and still remember my heart throbbing just before the race. All you can do is what's above, just breathe. Calm your nerves and play into the feeling of nervousness. Drink something like honey or something with a lot of sugar before your key event as well. As you go on you'll also develop your own tricks to staying calm; I ran the 400m, 4x400m, and 4x800m. The 400m runs were at the very end of the night, so I'd nap all day to keep my nerves down and my body ready for the run.
