i am a 13 year old male and i need some advice on losing some body fat. anyone have any suggestions?

Start eating more fruits and vegetables and don't eat junk food/sodas, just water. As for exercising, start running. Running is the best way to lose weight. Simple, yet effective.

Try eating healthier, and less processed foods. And you can sneak that piece of chocolate cake every once in a while. But it's portion control. Don't eat the whole pizza, eat 2 pieces maybe. And for excersize, running would be the best. And try doing 10 crunches before bed each night.
