Okay, so 13 days ago, when I was working cashier at McDonalds, I had my 3rd epileptic seizure in 5 years. I had two when I was in 7th grady. One on November 9th, 2010 and Christmas Day (Dec. 25), 2010. After the one on Christmas Day, I was put on a medication called Kepra for 2 years. I was taken off of it after 2 years for being seizure free. I was taken off of the drug completely about 3 weeks before the McDonalds seizure. So yeah, I do NOT have Epilepsy. I am just growing very fast for a teenager. My brain can't erm... keep up with my physical growth? Is that the right way to say it? Okay, back to my problem:

When it happened, I fell backwards and landed on my butt. I am almost 6 feet tall so I had quite a distance to fall. When my butt hit the ground, my spine must have compressed like the suspension of an off-roading truck going over a rock while climbing a hill.

The pain that I am having is a dull type of pain and only happens when I lay on my side on like a bed or when I bend backwards when standing up or something like that. Now that is an issue for me because I tend to do those stretches... What can I do to fix this problem? I don't want to go to a chiropractor because the whole idea makes me uneasy... In fact, I'd rather get a full physical by a FEMALE doctor than go to a chiropractor.

Seriously though.... What can I do to fix this my self?

Painkillers would work for now to easily numb the pain, but going to a chiropractor is your best bet. I know you say you feel really uneasy being around them, but they know more about this than you or I do. You can not fix this sort of thing yourself. Leave this to the professional. I hope you feel better.

you might just have pulled/strained your back muscles when you fell. Might heal on its own. If not, you could mention it to your regular doctor who I imagine you will probably be seeing soon again anyway because of the seizure.
