Is it normal if hair on youre body grows fast in like 2 days ?

I trimmed my stomach and 2 days it growed a half a centimeter .

Yeah, that's pretty normal. It happens to me on my face. It probably would anywhere else if I shaved anywhere else.

Thats pretty fast for chest hair but not abnormal.

Yep this is normal. It can depend on your diet greatly.

My nails grow back very fast, like almost half the size they were within 2 days or so, sometimes even less. These things vary with diet and nutritional intake etc.

Both genetics and diet have a strong role. But I believe genetics have a bigger role to a certain degree.
