I'm wondering if anyone here as ever experienced "Sleep Paralysis"
it's where you wake up and you can't move your body, and sometimes only your eyes.

I've had this a few times but only ever led on my side, a friend of mine experiened it and swore blind that there was a woman sat on top of her pinning her to the bed, and still had the paralysis symptoms.

Sleep paralyses is when your mind has woken up but not your body, your still dreaming or I guess depending on your pserspective, halucinating. it often is due to insufficient REM cycles from lucid dreaming or something else.

If there are other reasons that would cause this, I do not know them.

Also, I don't think this is a debate, this is more psychological, I think it would fit better in the Mental Crisis forum, TWPR, or VTGH
