Slowly Focus Image Downloading

In Firefox, how do you get it to where all images are really blurry when you first go to a website, but then they (slowly) come into focus as they download? It used to do that... but I don't remember how to set it to do that

Are you sure this was a Firefox Setting, and not a setting on the specific JPEG?

I know if you save a Specific JPEG with the "Progressive" Attribute, It'll load like this. But, my understanding is that this is a Per Image Specification.

Yes, it was like that for every image.
