I don't know what thing you guys are reading here, but the guide to sexual development that's accepted and used by MD's is by a man named Tanner.

Testicle size is graded with an orchidometer, so you get a number, but it doesn't correlate with a size in inches.

A Tanner Stage 2 wouldn't have underarm hair yet, that's at the very beginning of puberty, with primarily an enlargement of testicles.

I know there's this desire to know and want, but you have to have patience. These guides are for reference only, everyone is a bit different, but everyone gets there.
