I think that's pretty normal for a guy. Girls just usually start puberty way earlier. And either way, we're all different people so we obviously mature at a different speed and that's nothing to be ashamed of.

Man, don't worry, I saw the site and it said that if you get a 1.8 or 1.9 you should see signs soon or the signs at you see aren't enough too prove that you are in puberty, my shot is that you will be growing rapidly at 16, slowing down at 18, and stop growing at 20.

If you're 13, everything that I said will probably be 1 year earlier because every stage will last about 2 years and the first signs of puberty are: Testicle and scrotum growth, pubes and spontaneous erections.

My guess is that none of us will know how big we'll grow until we've reached the end of puberty around 19-20 years of age
