I need some new games to play, I only have 6:
Alice: Madness Returns (fav)
Silent Hill 2 + 3
Bioshock 2
Dead Rising (crap)
Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy

I'm not a huge fan of shooter or war games, and I'm looking more for casual or adventure games.

As for adventures/thrillers/whatever, I really like ones with a good story line, most of the time if they don't have one, the game dies for me. I like ones with dark stories as well. Good visuals is essential, or again, the game dies for me.

As for casual games, just a fun game to play in any mood, one that can be played over and over.

Any suggestions? Even if they don't match up the description but you still think are amazing?

i'd suggest Jade Empires if that runs on the 360, it's like the SW:KoTR games but its asian and pretty bad ass along with having a good story

Enslaved Journey to the West is one game well worth the look at as well

Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City, I loved those games.
LA Noire is okay too, but because I usually play more shooter games, Batman is the only non-shooter I'd recommend to you.

Tomb Raider definitely sounds like something you'd like. Awesome story-beautiful visuals. It's a new game though, so you're gonna have to pay 60 bucks to get it. Unless it's used.

Grand Theft Auto IV (has shooting, but you can drive and fuck around "liberty city" which is really New York City.)
Forza Motorsport 4 (realistic Racing game that Xbox is known for)
Red Dead Redemption (Just Like Grand Theft Auto IV, but in the old west)

You should buy Tales of Vesperia if you like RPG's with a great story, it's a really good game IMO.

If your into the sorta casual aspect skyrim and fallout might suit you. I second red dead redemption too, an awesome game.

Bioshock infinite just came out too; you might want to take a look at that. Assassins creed might be up your ally too.

Grand Theft Auto and Mirror's Edge are some of my personal favorites.

Mirror's Edge I agree with, it's a fun game, and there are so many ways to do different parts of the game, that you can replay it a few times and take almost a different take each time

other game's i'd suggest are the Fable series, and The Elder Scrolls games, even the dated TeS III :Morrowind is still a good and challenging game even now

Yeah, the Fable series is solid. And so is the Morrowind trilogy. Except the most recent one (Oblivion) is extremely difficult ;).

have you tried dishonored? Its first person but more action and methodical than one might think. You need to use strategy and wit to defeat your enemy.

Might want to try Red Dead Redemption. Whilst being kind of 'shootery' it's one hell of an adventure!

Even though you don't like shooters you'll still love the Borderlands series. The storyline (at least number 2 I haven't played the first one) is massively immersive. The graphics are kind of less than average but I think they did that on purpose.
