Guys!!! A girl i don't know who ?? I see her daily in my town i realy realy like her ! She go to college daily i want to make her my girl friend plz someone tell me how??

do you know eachother well?/talk
if so how often
do you get along

if you answered yes to all these questions then its simple
all you gotta do is make the move and ask her out on a date for a coffee or something

if you answered no then it seems clear you need to work on your relationship before you ask her out. you have to make sure everything is clearly understood and you know where she stands and if she even has mutual feelings back.

I would maybe coincidentally bump into her somewhere where you know she goes to hang out alot. maybe a mall or something
if you wait outside her call she might think your stalking her and you don't want to give her a bad vibe lol

my advice is: don't get your hopes up high. I have had infatuations with this girl and she turned out to be a real mean person. i thought that pretty girls were nice but turns out they can be pretty mean people.
on the other hand, if she does want to be your girlfriend, you should treat her well. if not, then don't be too disappointed. i have had many crushes on girls and they all seem to find me repulsive. i try to get their attention but they don't seem the least interested in me.
also make sure her personality is right.
