What flu symptoms do you have?, and to get rid of a headache, you take some simple ibuprofen, but if you don't have any of that, take a cool cloth, lay it across your head, and lay down for a little while, that should help.

I think you just need to let it pass on its own, drink some orange juice (if you can) for Vitamin C.
