No, it's not because of wanking at all. Nor is it due to someone being unclean.

However, going to sleep late or having an irregular sleeping pattern can contribute. I also find stress levels contribute.

If it's an issue for you I'd recommend you see a Doctor. There are loads and loads of medications you can be put onto, it is just the same as any other medical condition :)

Acne is a natural part of puberty. It affects a lot of teenagers because of the extra oil produced during puberty, making the skin more prone and creating pellets of the oil. I didn't get acne, thankfully, but it's the majority that will. It is not affected by masturbation.

Different facial creams will help for your skin.

Yes both but not a lot and it comes from stress and dirt and stuff getting into your pores.

It's gotten better with swim! It use to be some on the back, but when I started swim, it never comes again. Now face there's still one or two, but it's not that bad like it use to be popping up all over. But I should wash it though still. And NO, it has nothing to deal with wanking. That's its own separate world in puberty.

you can either go to the pharmacy to try and get over the counter stuff, or have your parents take you to the dermatologist- which is your best bet for getting completely cleared up!

It was really bad, but now it's jut moderate. I take a pill that kills the cells. You may have heard of it. It's called Accutane and it's a prescription drug, so don't borrow some of it from a friend.

this is a good question. im one of those guys where, i barely got acne on my face but a huge amount on my chest and back. so like when im walkin around with a shirt on whatever i dont worry about it but i always hesistate to take my shirt off at a pool or in the locker room :/

it's really common in puberty because boys get naturally oily skin which leads to acne. I don't have any on my face but i get a lot on my upper arms - some people try to use spot cream but that mainly works for individual spots. i think pills are better for large areas - you can get them from visiting a doctor.

I have almost no acne at face at all but I have it on my back and body. It is individual but has definitely nothing to do with wanking!

As mentioned before it doesnt have to do with wanking. I've had quite lots of acne (its genetics, or more like a family curse hahaha) The thing is that during puberty you have your hormones going wild and your skin gets more oily, which produces acne.
Eating healthy does help a lot. Looking back I think that dries up (making it less oily) reduces acne ENORMOUSLY so try creams, sunbathing and for me the chlorine of swimming pools worked as well.

Dont worry cos it will go away with time but in any case, good luck :D

Mmmm, tbh I don't know the difference between acne and zits ;O but I get a tiny red spot or two on my chin every once in a while. And I've had a zit or two on my back before. I heard it's genetics
