Would a pyromaniac go to hell? I mean not because of what he does but because since hell is supposed to be flames and eternal pain and suffering of burning aka something that people dislike. But if you are a pyromaniac who likes fire wouldn't the stereotypical hell be his heaven? So in return what do you think a pyromaniac's hell would be like? and would it be the same as regular hell?

I personally think that if there is a hell, Its not physical torment. I think Its perhaps a metaphor for something more subtle that consumes from within, eternal regret perhaps. Something not challenged, not risked, not loved enough... or maybe Its just burning in fire, I dont want to get too heavy about it:P

I don't understand why hell has to associated with fire, I see hell, if it were to exist, which in both religions, or lack thereof, that I follow, it does not (I'm jewish by heritage and agnostic by choice), as a place where you face your worst nightmares, where you would be tortured by recurring memories of pain, placed in a place that you fear, not necessarily a fiery pit... But if hell is a fiery pit, send the pyromaniac to heaven, it would be worse for him there (if you base this on the common portrayal of both heaven and hell)... I can't vote, since if I go by what I see hell as, the answer is yes (or N/A if I go by my true faith), and if I go by what the general public sees hell as, the answer is no.. So yeah, I can't vote.. :/
And to the last part of your statement, if there is a hell, there would only be one hell, and based on the common portrayal, hell would be no different for one specific individual, regardless of his sins (at least thats what I think).. But if you go by my defintion of hell, each individual person would go to his/her own hell, possibly based on what their sins were/what they had done that had gotten them to hell...

According to the Christian religion, when one is sent to hell the punishment is to burn eternally without end.

Still, it doesn't have to be associated with fire, ice can burn you. And based on what you just told me, I can say this to Attax: If you are to "burn in hell", then a pyromaniac deserves to go to hell; you ask why? Because pyromaniacs are not necessarily masochistic, thus, although they may enamor fire, it does not mean the enjoy being burned. If a pyromaniac was to burn in hell, he would be feeling pain equal to that of anyone else banished to hell. Why not have the pyromaniac be betrayed by what he loved, and have him burnt to a crisp? But then again, I don't believe in hell, so yeah... :/

I hate to imply, but tI think someone stayed up too late with his/her buddies last night.....
Of course he's going to Hell (if it exists)! Do you really think that he/she would like to live in a fiery pit of doom for ETERNITY! (which sounds longer than it is...)
Actually what I think is that you're thinking a little bit too far into things.
How about this, you become a pyromaniac, kill someone (steal their wife, you have ten options to chose from.), then kill yourself (before saying your prayers), and I'll end up in Hell someday, and since you have all eternity to wait I'll live my life a little bit more and meet you down there, and if I see ya', obviously pyromaniacs go to Hell.

Just because they would like hell doesn't mean they would dislike heaven so it doesn't matter where they go

^^ Pyromaniacs are not neceessarily masochists, thus they might not enjoy hell. :D
