So my friends and cousin don't think I'm fat but I do. Everytime I say I'm fat I get hit. Im over 200 idk i guess I don't look it. I'm very tall. Like 5'7ish. According to the bmi chart I should weigh like 117. That's really really small though...

You're not tall at all, 5 foot 7 is almost average, except average is probably 5 foot 9. Ok, so what is your question? Is this to say that you think your fat? Is it an announcement? What do you want us to say? By the sounds of it you're categorized as obese (if you really are 200+ pounds). Yes, you should be anywhere from 110-120 lb.

5'7" is tall for a girl. I believe 5'5" is closer to average.

For a girl your height, you should probably be closer to 130, especially if you don't look your weight because you probably have a bit of a thicker frame/bone structure or have a good bit of muscle. I also weigh about 200, though I'm shorter, and most people put me around 170, because I have a fair amount of muscle. Besides that, given my build, I could never get down past 120, if even that, without being really unhealthy. But yeah, if you're looking for a weight loss goal or something, you should start with small goals, but ultimately, based on your build and muscle and what not, anywhere from like 120-140.

Also, it was in his forum, so I assume he has moving privileges there.

This is correct. ^

Anyways. If you wanted to be the absolute lightest weight possible for your height and still have a healthy 'bmi', yes, 120 (actually 118 but same diff) would be your weight. But the point is - you don't need to have a 'bmi' of 18.5. At your height, anything below 160 is theoretically in the normal range. However, don't go by BMI. It doesn't take into account muscle or build or anything. My mom is small boned, and I'm slightly larger boned, but we weigh close to the same just due to bones and stuff. She's 6-7 inches taller than me too, yet we look similar. If you're looking to lose weight, then just set small goals for yourself. You can use BMI as a guideline, but maybe set a goal of say 150 for yourself or something. Eat healthy, exercise, etc. BMI is good for only guidelines.

Good luck :)

5' 9 is like average for a guy. 5' 7 is above average for a girl especially now.
