What should you do if someone got a chunk of their neck bitten off?

So I'm watching Legion and a lady bit off a piece of a guys neck, what should you do in that situation? What would happen? Just some useful stuff to know, ya know, Incase angels come down and kill off the human race :P

Well you can really do so much if something like that happened. Cleaning the area and applying a lot of pressure to the wound to try and stop the bleeding, and if you have the training and materials, you surgically close it.

But I mean if its a huge chunk right out of the neck they're probably going to die from blood loss.

But yeah, trying to stop the bleeding is your best bet.
And like what this guys said^ it has a good chance of killing you from blood loss.
And it'd be a good idea to rush to a hospital.
