Hey guys - I have a pretty avg body. I'm somewhere around 140 lbs and 5'11".

I have some fat on me, about 15% I think. I have some muscle but not a lot.

I play tennis and right now during varsity season I am playing four days a week.

I really want to lose all the fat down to having my abs show.

I also want to build some more muscle and have defined abs.

For those of you that actually know something about this stuff, any tips, workouts, diet ideas, etc would be helpful!!

I can answer any questions about my body and lifestyle if that would help

Abs are made in the kitchen

Diet and cardio. That's it. Just eat healthy with a caloric deficit and do cardio

I apologize but if your main concern is getting abs you will most likely fail miserably in fitness and bodybuilding! You need a good all round body not just abs. As Cicero has said though diet and cardio for just abs! Just abs is like big tits on a fat chick!
