Hey guys - I have a pretty avg body. I'm somewhere around 140 lbs and 5'11".
I have some fat on me, about 15% I think. I have some muscle but not a lot.
I play tennis and right now during varsity season I am playing four days a week.
I really want to lose all the fat down to having my abs show.
I also want to build some more muscle and have defined abs.
For those of you that actually know something about this stuff, any tips, workouts, diet ideas, etc would be helpful!!
I can answer any questions about my body and lifestyle if that would help
