I do know about the urge to pee, and thats because your body wants to get any remaining semen out of the urethra. As for the burning, that is not quite normal. It may be nothing or it may be some infection. I would personally see a doctor.

While I myself don't find the urge to urinate after masturbation, it is quite normal. Does it burn to pee even when you don't masturbate? I recommend you go to a doctor, it could be UTI or a bladder infection.

Same as above, probably a UTI (urinary tract infection), if it has been going on for an extended period of time, definitely see a doctor, sometimes they can pass on their own, but not always. Also if this has happened before, see a doctor, repeat occurrences could indicate higher risk or more serious infection(s).
