So i don't really have a big eating disorder, not even a disorder, but i didn't know if i should put this here or in the food forum. I eat semi-normally but I am a picky eater. The main things I eat are spaghetti, french fries, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chinese food, pizza, chips, cookies, salad, mac and cheese and peanut butter. That junk. I am not good with meats, or poultry. i find steak bland and will through up if I am forced to eat it, same with some chickens (not nuggest or hunan chinese) but like grilled chicken. I hate my mom's pot roast but everyone else loves it and I just through up. I would say I have to find the most deelicious foods for my super-sensitive taste buds. When i was younger I was NEVER like this, and would eat nearly anything. But things changed and idk how. What doesn't help is that my family goes through the same cycle every week, cooking and getting the same things: chicken cutlets, spaghetti, mac and cheese, bbq, sandwiches, and when we are busy we get pizza and fast food. My parents don't believe that if we had more variety in our meals I may try more. Idk what to do because i don't want to go into college and adulthood like this. Here's what I don't like: taco bell, everything except fries and nuggest at wendys, burger kind and mcdonalds, pot roast, boiled/roasted potatoes, some salads, meatloaf, steak, burgers, chicken cutlets, kfc, most italian stuff except regular pasta and spaghetti with marinara. I just wan to not be picky :( Sorry for the long paragraph.
