Regular t shirt: Regular bra.
Tanktop: Regular bra.
Off the sholder shirt: Regular bra.
Gym class: Haha, physical exercise. Regular bra.
Regular dress: Regular bra.
Strapless dress: Regular bra.
Strapless shirt: I would not wear a strapless shirt.
"Lazy day" at home: Regular bra, or none at all.
Generally everyday to school: Regular bra.
Anything else you want to add: The only bras I own are regular bras, and they're all you need unless you're s ports nut, then you should look into sport bras. I'd like to have nice, good-quality push up or something though just for rare occasions.

I would for Gym, just because exercise can be irritating. (well they make us run and do jumping jacks only so...yeah)

I wear a Regular bra all the time. Sports bra for when it comes to gym or other sports and a strapless bra for tank tops and strapless shirts :)

I can't say anything because I don't wear a bra
My boobs get too irritated and they chafe like rub and it hurts alot
but i wear tank tops that have built in bras most of the time

regular bra for everything. I found recently that a regular bra, when clipped racerback, gives more support than a sports bra.

I'm so small I have some made for be. Most are bralettes. I can't really fill even a A cup most times with store bought ones. So I have some made up for me.

That’s cool... at least you know they should fit right! Sometimes bra shopping sucks for any size so if you got that option, go with it girl! :-)
