Show maturity and basically tell them that it isn't as effective as it once was. Tell them talking to you is much more effective than slapping you because that's the way to go about it. I'm rather surprised your parents still do this because usually parents stop this when the child understands being talked too as when they're younger they see it as just words.

You could threaten to tell the school counsellor or your teacher! If you too scared to do that, then simply go ahead and report them!

In my opinion, this is not a good idea. Lying will likely only make it worse, and you can't be on your period forever, lol.

I would do as others have said and tell an adult. It seems likely your parents aren't going to listen to you if you tell them to stop and that you don't like it, so do the next best thing - tell a trusted adult - neighbor, guidance counselor, teacher, anyone.
