I am going to agree with the guys above who said that you might be pulling out your pubes while you are masturbating. Especially if you have hair growing on your penis' shaft, then it is entirely possible for hair to get mixed with your semen. I seriously doubt that hair is coming from within you and working its way out of your urethra. I would suggest that you trim your pubes if the hair is grossing you out. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry too much.
