I am going to start jogging soon (and tennis) and have a few questions about how it will affect my body.

Will it help lose fat in thighs/calves?

I have heard it makes breasts shrink...is that true? Because I currently have almost non existant breasts and don't want them to shrink! I would rather they grow, lol.

Will it help lose stomach fat?

What major impacts will it have on my life?

Thanks!

well, I run about 20 miles a week because of football. it will make you gain muscle on thighs and calves, for woman it does make breasts shrink a bit, if they run a lot. It will help lose stomach fat. and it will keep you in shape

No no no.

Spot fat reduction is a MYTH

You lose weight when your body is using more calories than it needs to maintain your current weight in otherwords when you are on a calorie deficiency. In what order the weight is lost is individual, though it always begins with the extremities.

Breasts are fatty tissue so the lower your body fat the smaller your breasts and vice versa obviously individuality comes to play here as well.

Jogging will just develop your leg muscles and your cardiovascular system.
