Google Chrome and Facebook

For some odd reason, whenever I attempt to log onto Facebook from my laptop, my laptop freezes and the only way to fix it is to manually shut it off. I only use Google Chrome(The only browser that seems to work on my laptop). Is anyone running into a similar problem? By the way, I'm using a Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5974, and I'm unsure, but I may have a virus on my laptop.

You could try clearing your cache and cookies, first off. If you're using google chrome hit CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE. If that doesn't fix the issue, see my virus removal guide (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=147550) and follow that. If you need any more help after that shoot me a PM and I'll see what I can do :)

Chances are, you do have a virus. Check out this guide (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/showthread.php?t=147550) for how to remove them.

I don't have that specific trouble, but when ever I try to log on via Chrome on my IP address, it removes the blue logon bar. I am not sure why.

I've had that happen before. Close chrome for it to update then if that doesn't work update java or flash. Sometimes when either of those aren't working the top bars don't show
