How do I stop being so jealous?

I'm always so jealous of my friends. Not for their finances, or cars, or anything like that, but when they talk about their other friends. I never show that I'm jealous. But I get really jealous.

An example of my jealousy is when my friend said that his friend from military school was staying at his house for a week, that made me really jealous. I said oh Wow that's cool, so I hid it. But it really got to me.

What can I do to stop being so jealous? Even people on here I get jealous about, like some of my friends on here ill get jealous of because they're talking to this one person to much. I hate feeling like this so much

I'm jealous that most people have friends. I know people and I will say hello and ask how they're doing but I don't have anyone who comes to my place to hang out, I don't go out and spend time with anyone, I'm jealous of my coworkers that hang out together, I wish I had a life outside of work and school. Maybe ask them to all hang out together? Make friends with their friends as well. Idk. I can't because I don't have the time.

It's ok to be jealous but know they care about you too or they wouldnt be your friends. Its natural to want attention

Jealousy is something that we all feel. Lots of people here have close relationships with others here, and I'm jealous of that kind of especially being one of the newer guys. To get over that jealousy, make some new friends yourself, so you wont feel jealous of anyone if that is the case.
