They constantly go out to get laughs, are concerned about their image, are only concerned about themselves and make out like they care?

Yeah, those people. Why can't some people just get over themselves?

yes I have lots of friends who are like that
and because they all acted this way most of them are pregnant or already have kids
its really arrogant

Yeah I hate people like that, self centered. But those people have insecurities that they cannot deal with and handle and seek gratification and acceptance, that's a bit weak to me.
