Im cut and the head of my penis is quite dry and rather rough and im wondering if this is normal or not and is yours like this?

yeah its mostly normal, i mean as long as its not so dry that it itches- but just not always lubricated like an uncut boy- yeah then its normal...

It seems that it's normal or somewhat normal then. It does not itch or anything so not something really drastic

I don't know what a lot is but I normally masterbate once a day so I might see if leaving it a while improves it, never know

yea i had the same issue, just leave it alone for like 3 days wash and clean like normal and hopefull that helps

Lol I would have hoped that baby oil is sensitive but I'll try to find an sensitive version if they do one just to be safe

Just keeping everyone posted! I've found some baby oil and it says "for the sensitive skin" so I have put some onto it. I shall keep you updated.

Funny thing happened though I got a semi/hard on whilst putting it on then walked out the bathroom and my mum was waiting to go into the bathroom, so I wonder if she noticed lol

The foreskin is in charge of keeping the head of your penis safe from the outside world, which keeps it nice, smooth and moisturized. When you are circumcised (i.e. part of your foreskin has been mutilated) the glans of the penis has to get thicker, dryer and less sensitive, to compensate for no longer being protected by an additional layer of skin. There isn't much you can do (besides restoring your foreskin).

Yeah that's what I was thinking at first but I have started the baby oil thing today as a trial to see if it works or not

Ive used the baby oil for a few days now and theres slight improvement for example its not too dry but its quite rough so I'll probably keep it up for a while to see if the roughness goes down.

It's normal. Because u have no foreskin, there is nothing to protect your glans, and keep them moist and sensitive

Uncut penises are kept hydrated and therefore the head stays soft, like the underside or you nails. you can always moisturise your head to hydrate it and soften it :)

I get that if i masturbate quite a lot. or if i wake up and dont have morning wood then it tend to be quite dry. but pulling and moving my foreskin around helps to wet it back up

Another update: The problem is not as bad as it was its now not dry but still rough. I have not put on the oil for around a week now so thats an improvement :D
