I'm 17, and I've never needed to retract the foreskin. It's not necessary that you do it for whatever reason. I happily live my life without needing to mess with it at all.

You're foreskin should be up all the time unless you are cleaning your penis, or a lot of people retract it to go toilate, and to masterbate.

I have always retracted the skin to pee, but I dont really understand why you retract it after ?

I never have had it lock in place but then I don't peel it back very far, and then it's just to pee and keep it clean.

I think I'd freak if it locked in place.
