130? That's skinny IMO. I'm 150 pounds 5'10". Weighing 110 pounds would make you look malnourished, I think I can safely say you are not fat.

You're right at the border of normal and a little overweight, according to your BMI. You're perfectly healthy, but a little weight loss would benefit you too!
E: G Man, you have a different build since you're a man. Your BMI is fine, hers is a little high. I'm 6'2.5 and 212 Lbs, in good shape.

is 4 kilos enough for me to lose?(9 pounds)

You are not fat, but losing like 5 pounds couldn't hurt.

5 lbs would bring you right under the overweight category, but if you can drop 9 lbs, go for it!

If you post a picture, then it'd be easy to determine.

Does the BMI chart say you're in good shape or does the mirror say you're in good shape? BMI is worthless in determining if you're in good shape or not, cause everyone has different bone sizes, and different bodies.

I'd calculate body fat percentage, but a BMI reading is a decent enough indicator of physical standing. It's generally accurate enough, goes hand-in-hand with self-awareness of your weight.

You're pretty normal. You're still growing so there isn't much to worry about.

I have the oppositer problem, I'm 5'3 and maybe barely 100 lbs! Skinny but not anorexic. It gets me down sometimes... ok a lot of times.

You sound normal and healthy. It is your body though. Do as you wish!

I'm 5'10" and i weigh 118 pounds. Everyone makes fun of me for being so skinny. You're not fat and when you hit your growth spurt you won't look "fat" anymore. You could lose 20 pounds, but the option is up to you
