No, I'm not saying naughty pictures. But there are many people that use my computer and play around with my stuff (ninety percent of what this account has posted was my trolling cousin), and I gotta protect it.
Is there a way to do that inconspicuously?

Encrypt your stuff. There are many ways to do it, so use your favourite search engine to find one that works for you.
For example, I have the login details for most every site I use in a text file that sits in my documents directory. It's encrypted using GnuPG, and only I know the password. If I need to find a password, I simply decrpyt it and find the correct entry.
Next, make different accounts. For your cousin, simply make another account(assuming you're the administrator, otherwise, ask whoever is). It also gives you the opportunity to keep some things a secret. Plus, then he can customise it to his liking.
Why must it be inconspicuous? You have a right to say, "alright, that's enough rummaging around in my life, go do your own thing". Be direct and firm. In the rare occasion that somebody needs to use my computer, they get their very own account, complete with everything they need. It takes no more than 2 minutes to set up, and even less to delete it once they're done.

Group Policy should help if you have a big family, too.

Use 7-Zip or WinRAR to encrypt the files you want private in a .zip file.
