i saw this before but never answered my question, i hear 15 year olds not being able to jizz then 9 year olds jizzing shouldnt there be like an age where everyone develops this ?

Not really. Most people start to be able to ejaculate at age 12 or so, but it varies. There is no set age for puberty to begin. 9 and 15 are definitely extremes however.

before the age of 9 in boys (8 in girls), puberty is known as precocious. If it's not started by 16, it's delayed, otherwise it is usually within that age range. Just a few that are early or late. We are all completely different. It makes the word "normal" almost impossible to define specifically.

Everybody gets to different stages at different times, some people just develop quicker.

It's just because of the level of development they are in. We develop at different speeds.

15-year-olds can jizz. When I was 15, I jizz a lot. Actually, most guys start to develop sperm around the age of 10 or so.
