How to reduce the pad noise at home, school, and in public places?
Thanks!
P.S. Please do not say tampons, menstrual cups, birth control, etc.

I honestly wouldn't worry about the noise at home, that's your space, your family will understand, especially the girls.. I mean, your Mum probably still deals with it. With public space toilets, they're usually empty but if not, wait for that person to leave, if it's crowded, rip away, no one will know which cubicle it comes from. Also most of the women in there will also experience periods as well, they will understand. You'd be surprised how understanding adult women are about this.
As fro school, girls can be cruel and it can be kind of embarrassing, but the only thing I can suggest is opening them slowly, trying different brands to see which make see noise, and MAYBE, getting a clean sanitary bag (and making sure it's constantly clean), and taking your pads out of the wrappers before you go to school and putting them in that sanitary bag. At most, other girls will hear a zip, which could be anything. Again, if you're gonna use this method, you need to make sure that bag stays clean and that you don't touch the pads absorbent side too much. As long as your hands are clean though, it shouldn't be a problem. Infection through bacteria on the pad is relatively small, but always be aware.
Hope this helps. :)

who cares if people can hear you open them
all woman will have to put up with pads someday
you shouldn't be ashamed that you are on your period. you should consider yourself a proud young woman as disgusting as periods are.
They do sell certain pads in drug stores and more grocery stores that when you open them they don't make little to no sound at all. if the sound is what you are embarassed about. alos maybe consider depends. I have a friend who wears them on her period and changes it every couple days. they're basically diapers but they're not bulky nor smelly and you don't have to worry about hearing that irritating wrapper sound when unwrapping napkins.
but I know you said not to mention it but if you are so worried maybe consider wearing tampons so you don't have to change them as often :)
