My vison is getting to the point that I can only see a few feet in front of me. Now I know im gonna be bombarded with a bunch of "Wear your glasses" but I hate wearing glasses because they are extremely uncomfortable. My eye doctor said im losing vision in my left ey rapidly. What should I do?

You could see if you can get laser surgery, if it is affordable. However your eyes are still growing/changing, so laser surgery may have to wait until you're about 18.

Otherwise you can try contact lenses?

Ask your Dr.
Vision is a really delicate subject, there are many factors that need to be considered.

Contacts, laser eye surgery, or where a eye patch on your left eye. But the easiest thing is to wear glasses :/

Contacts! I wear 'em. Once you get used to them they're a breeze.

Get contacts. You'll get used to them in a couple of days and nobody would be able to tell that you use them.

This topic has not hit two months of inactivity, and is still a valid discussion.

If they're not closed yet, I don't see why it's really hurting no one other than giving an advantage to post count.

We can reply to any topic we like as long as our post complies with the rules If you don't like it, don't read it. Then again, you can never know you don't want to read something until after you've read it. Oh man, talk about a dilemma.

OP: How are your glasses uncomfortable? If you don't like glasses, you won't like having contact lenses, where the thin lens sits on your eyeball all day. Have you tried getting your glasses adjusted so they sit on your face better? Sometimes this can help.
