Two weeks ago I shaved my chest and stomach. Will the hair grow back much denser?

No, your hair will not grow back thicker. It will simply grow back coarser meaning that it will not be soft like when it first came in but rather hard and prickly when it comes back. You'll have the same amount of hair when it comes back. If you do get more hair, then it's just because of puberty.
