I know it isn't really a career or anything it's just I want to be able to post videos on YouTube and have views within the next 10 minutes I guess it seems a bit eager and hungry for views but its kinda like one if my dreams you could say? Help me out??

You cannot change the username, however, google gives you the option to use your full name instead of your username. About getting views, there are various ways to get them. One way is dedicating to tutorial videos, which are quite useful. Another way that I found really good is making videos in another language since there are many people in YouTube who find few or none videos in their native language. Just make sure to not repeat the same thing that EVERYONE is doing on YouTube, no views are guaranteed that way.
