For all of today I have had this really irritating feeling in my legs and pubic area. I tried putting lotion on and that isn't helping either. I just really cannot take this anymore, I want to scratch the hell out of my legs and make it go away but it won't. My legs are red where the hair would be, so I thought that maybe if I shave it will go away, but no! I think it got worse and I don't know what to do and I have never experienced this before either

If the area you are mentioning is very irritated due to shaving, then try to use a hydrocortisone cream/lotion as well as take some Benedryl to see if that would alleviate the problem. Clearly, if those things do not help you much, if at all, then call your doctor to see if there are Saturday appointments. If you cannot get in with your doctor and you are feeling badly or you start to develop swelling, then I would go to the emergency room.

It's razor burn due to shaving. Basically, you've pushed down too hard with your razor on your sensitive skin.
There's no way to get rid of it until hair starts growing back, so don't shave for a couple of days/a week.

Did you put shaving cream on your legs before shaving or use very hot water?

maybe it could be excema or however its spelled basically dry skin that causes itchiness and burning sometimes
I had this growing up as a child.
basically just for now until you see a doctor put some unscented lotion on it like vaseline etc. it should help take away the burn
or try bathing in epson salts
