Good day, I am 16 this year. I had always been avoiding touching my penis head directly while masturbating, tends to be really sensitive when rubbed against accidentally up to a point it hurts a little.

Yes, i am uncircumcised. My foreskin is also not retracted completely. Only have been also been trying to retract it this year by pulling my foreskin comfortably in warm water so far i am able to pull till 60% of the head is exposed. Which might been the reason for the hyper sensitivity.

As for the level of sensitiveness, placing my penis in warm water and having droplets of water falling onto my exposed penis head are comfortable triggering no sensitivity. However the turning point is having running water fall onto my exposed penis head, it triggers the sensitivity instantly and sends shivers to my whole body and a little pain on the contact point. I have tried applying lubricant ( vaseline ) on the penis head ( triggers almost no sensitivity) and stroking my fore skin to spread the lube around. That was my first intentional attempt to touch my penis head ( it was the mid section side) and it felt...great for that one second and started to trigger hype sensitivity after i unintentionally apply a little more force to it. It was then that motivated me to fix my hyper sensitive penis as i want to enjoy more of the head contact finally understanding why people like oral sex so much.

I hope i have given enough information about the matter and i really cannot wait to receive your responses and suggestions. Thank you for reading my problems and i hope you have a better time touching your penis knowing that some people like me cannot enjoy such luxury...at least for now.

I'm uncircumcised, and I understand what you're talking about. The reason why the head (or glans) is really sensitive is because it's normally protected from any direct contact pretty much 24/7 by the foreskin. You don't need to retract the foreskin when masturbating, to me that just sounds painful. You'll be just fine if you masturbate without pulling the foreskin back, it's actually more pleasurable than direct contact, even for those that have gotten over the sensitivity!

Good to know that people actually prefers it , really puts my mind to ease. A couple of questions though, did you get over the sensitiveness, if so how did you manage to ?

i have the same problem except a bit less sensitivity because ive been touching it more the past couple months.

I see, was there any kind of difficulties that i need to take note of ?

I never needed to get over the sensitivity, I just used the foreskin as a barrier while masturbating. As long as I'm not directly touching the glans, it doesn't hurt.

I dont know how much sensitive is my head, cuz so far I cant pull all the way back the foreskin, and TBH I'm not worry to much about it.

I used to have that problem only when I was newly circumcised. That problem soon faded away after 2 months. If you're newly circumcised, then it's normal. If it's been 6 months to a year already, I recommend you consult advice from a doctor. Just to be safe.
