I did when I was roughly 14-16 years old. I'm now in a happy, serious relationship with a female. Though, just because I went through a "gay phase" when I was 14-16, doesn't mean everyone who goes through it will go through it between 14-16 years of age.

I'm not going to lie, but the term "gay phase" sounds offensive to me and it may sound offensive to others... Not trying to be mean or anything, I'm just saying be a little more conscientious next time :)

I think a lot of teens go through a bisexual stage as their hormones are out of wack during puberty. This isnt a bad thing and most of them turn out being straight. Almost 1/4 of the girls in my school identify as bisexual. I expect as they get older and their hormones balence they will most likely fall onto the straight side of the spectrum. Not to say all do. There's going to be some that decide they are homosexual and others that really are bi. They don't mean to offend anyone it's just part of growing up and discovering who you are. :)

yeah and i have had feelings for guys since i was 12. i still have some feelings for guys but they are gradually starting to fade. i think the reason is that girls have been so catty to me for all these years that i just feel like they're not good creatures to be around. i saw women as really mean creatures. last year i had to work with this really mean and not cooperative girl in this group project and she just kind of ignored me. everybody else in the group did not give me enough work to do. i felt like i was not welcomed at all. then i reported them to the instructor and when one of them had that talk with her she started crying. i felt bad but then i cried a week before she did so i don't know what to say. i don't want to be too harsh and say she had it coming to her.

I haven't however I've struggled with myself on more than sexuality, it however is a phrase because it starts and ends. Mine came at puberty but as I get older it's dying down.

i dont thinks its something to bother yourself about.. lots of teens go through this.. just live your life.. but i do agree with Jinxxy, you shouldnt call it a gay phase but rather a part of an identity phase cause thats what it is, part of you as a person.. wish you all the best.

It's not something to worry about. Our sexuality is something that we have absolutely control over, and no matter what your sexuality winds up being, it's ok and so are you.

i dont know if its a phase, i have liked guys since i can remember like when i was 10 or so, its not that i done think some girls are hot, it just doe not turn me on physically.
