Back pimples :/

Soo I'm 14 (turned like a month ago) and I'm starin to get pimples on my upper back? I only have a few and only in that upper area like near the neck and shoulders. I'm not really worried I just wanna know what causes them ? How can I prevent them? Who else has them? And how long do they usually last? Thanks.

I have them and I don't treat them. They sell products that treat them though. Just don't touch it and it will prevent the spread and also help make it go away. Mine last for a couple of days. 3 at the most.
