Focusing

I have ADHD and lately at work im finding it hard to stay focused and on task. I work much slower than i use to and am getting into trouble for it. I was wondering would something like ritalin help me stay focused?

Please, see a Psychiatrist. He/She will be best suited to help you out, meds may work for you or they may do nothing. You need to speak to a professional, as we can't physically treat you.

I'd say talk to your teachers and parents explaining your problems. Then they can help you get back on track, don't jump straight for the meds as it could do the complete opposite of what you want.

i have ADHD too. I can't focus if i haven't got my medicines. I take Ritalin 10 mg and Concerta 54 mg. that really helps me. Try seeing a doctor or something and maybe he can write a medical recipe for you.
